14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from purchase to return unopened Nutrix Natural Reserve for a full refund, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive). This is a legal right.

Conditions for Returns

• Unopened: Product must be unopened and in original condition. Once a food supplement package is opened, it cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Within 14 Days: Initiated within 14 calendar days from purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required.
• Condition: Product must not show signs of use.

3. Ship the unopened product to us (return postage at your expense unless item is faulty).
4. Upon receipt and verification, we process your refund within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used supplements (food safety regulation).
• Products without proof of purchase.
• Items returned after 14 days.
• Faulty returns after inspection period.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost, regardless of the 14-day window.
